Led by Ross Bentley and his hand-selected team of coaches, this program leverages decades of experience coaching drivers from novices to champions. Ross has trained winners of Le Mans, Indy 500, Daytona 500, and IMSA championships. Over two days, you’ll master car control, track learning strategies, vision techniques, and mental skills—methods proven to elevate drivers to elite levels.

This is not your typical HPDE or racing school. It’s a highly curated experience designed to move you beyond your already existing level of high-performance driving.

Curriculum Overview

Classroom Sessions:

• Advanced fundamentals: vehicle dynamics, corner anatomy, braking, reading the track
• Mental game: Inner Speed Secrets
• Continuous improvement: how to practice and self-coach

On-Track Sessions:

• Practice drills (the “secret sauce”)
• Personalized coaching
• Integrated lapping sessions

Format: Short, interactive classroom sessions combined with on-track practice, pitlane debriefs, coached lapping, and collaborative discussions

Ross is currently accepting applications for this program.
The application process is in place to create the best experience for the participants. By hand-selecting a group of students with similar vehicles, abilities and goals it allows Ross to focus on key elements for the group as a whole, making for the most efficient use of time for all.
