RMM/WOMEN IN MOTORSPORT WINTER DRIVING CLINIC

Women in Motorsport Canada (WIMCanada) has a mission to increase equality and participation in all areas of motorsport for girls and women in Canada and across the globe. They are invested in fostering new female talent in motorsport, and supporting the careers and futures of the women paving a path forward in all areas of the motorsport industry. Together we aim to bring the sport to a more equal, united place where everyone feels welcome to harness their potential.
RMM is excited to partner with WIMCanada to offer a half-day clinic that will teach enhanced winter driving techniques in a safe and controlled environment that you can use on everyday roads. RMM’s professional instructors will guide you through ABS braking, accident avoidance, skid recovery, and traction anticipation exercises in a safe and pressure free environment.
The clinic consists of a short in-class session with over 3 hours of in-car driving exercises at the RMM circuit. Through the completion of this clinic, drivers can expect to feel more confident in their winter driving abilities and will take-away an improved knowledge of winter driving.
Continental Tire has generously donated a set of winter tires to be awarded to one lucky participant of this clinic!
Lunch will be included for this clinic with an opportunity to learn about some of the different aspects and experiences for Women in Motorsport.
